a performative stoning, that sees itself as a subversive call against the supremacist and dominant social paradigm of blame and condemnation. psychic pain becomes feasible in a physical lasting transformation.

karl salzmann transforms in his sound installation the throwing of stones in a scurrilous echotony. the act of throwing is supported by electric-acoustic techniques, repetitive playing and postulating its intention.
